Naomi
Naomi and Paul H. Nye established Nye’s Marina in 1957. Naomi enjoys working at the marina where she oversees the daily business. Her vision and keen business sense, along with hard work and determination have been the key to Nye's Marina's continued success. Naomi can be found anywhere from working at the computer to helping customers, but our favorite is when she makes us lunch.
Paul H
Founder of Nye’s Marina along with Naomi. Paul is enjoying his retirement from Nye’s Marina and also his retirement as a history teacher at Conneaut School District. His business knowledge and loyalty to customers are strengths he has inspired us with. Since retiring, Paul can usually be found on the golf course or out fishing, but we enjoy his daily visits when he stops in to make sure that we’re all hard at work.
Paul L
Paul has worked at Nye’s since 1976 after attending college at Bend University in Oregon. Paul is Co-Manager of Nye’s Marina and manages the service department, along with overseeing the docks and storage. Paul is a certified service technician with Mercury Marine and Indmar Marine and continually attends training to learn the latest technologies.
Terri
Terri received her B.A. from Grove City College and her MBA from Penn State University. She is Co-Manager of Nye’s Marina and is office and sales coordinator. Growing up around the marina, she began working full-time at Nye’s in 1986. You can often see Terri at the computer as she is the bean counter and webmaster (huh!), along with sales, notary and other responsibilities.
Wilma
Wilma (a.k.a. “Willie”) has been employed at Nye’s Marina for over 20 years where she is the service coordinator. Willie is originally from Long Island, NY and went to Suffolk College. She is in charge of scheduling and billing for the service department along with other duties. Willie also developed the kayak department at Nye's and has been responsible for its enormous growth.
Dave
Dave is a Certified Mercury/Mercruiser Technician. He has been with Nye’s since 2000 and prior to that worked at a marine dealership in the Pittsburgh area. Dave’s combination of knowledge and experience gives him the ability to diagnose the latest 4 stroke and optimax engines and service a broad range of marine engines.

Colleen
Colleen is a graduate of Thiel College and also of Edinboro University. In addition to working at the marina, she also is a substitute teacher at various schools in the area. Colleen is responsible for ordering and merchandising, along with other duties. She is continuously looking for new products and great deals to pass on to our customers.
Jesse
Jesse is a graduate of Slippery Rock University with a degree in Parks and Recreation. Jesse is a Mercury Marine Technician and has a combination of natural mechanical ability and people skills. Jesse is a jack of all trades, as he is often found helping with sales when he's not working in the service department or overseeing the grounds-keeping.
Dustin
Dustin is a graduate of Allegheny College. His easy going personality and lifetime experience around boats, makes him a natural salesperson at the marina. Being well-rounded helps with selling boats as well as ordering the right product and whatever other jobs need completed. Dustin is very knowledgeable about boating - being an avid fisherman and wakeboarder, he has first hand experience in testing the products.
Alex
Alex works at Nye’s part-time while attending Penn State University’s main campus. While not at Happy Valley, Alex can be found working at the computer and merchandising. While at school, when not in class, Alex can be found on the Penn State Wakeboard Team competing in various parts of the country.
Aaron
Aaron is a recent graduate of Meadville High School and will be attending Penn State University's main campus. Aaron has done a great job keeping the grounds up and helping the guys out in the shop. When not in school or working, Aaron has kept busy playing Hockey for the Meadville Bulldogs and also was the libero on the Bulldog Varsity Volleyball team.
